The Putin Palestinian Organization for Culture and Economy was established in Bethlehem in 2015 as a non-profit organization, with an aim to promote the cultural, sports and economic scene within Palestinian society, while strengthening relations between Russians and Palestinians. The six-floor building, whose aim is to bridge cooperation between the two peoples, includes a sports center, a music center, a business center, a cinema hall and theater, and a multipurpose venue.
